Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare is a not-for-profit healthcare system providing services to residents of the Mohawk Valley in Central New York. Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare has two campuses (Faxton Campus and St. Luke's Campus) for inpatient and outpatient care, long term care at St. Luke's Home and continuing care services through the Visiting Nurse Association, Senior Network Health and Mohawk Valley Home Care.

The healthcare system includes eight Adirondack Community Physician primary care offices located through Oneida and Herkimer Counties. Adirondack Community Physicians also employs four general surgeons, a neurosurgeon and four orthopedic surgeons.

Currently, the system employs more than 2,950 people and has an annual operating budget of $340 million.
